find disgusting homes and make them into something people walk into and comment on how cute it is.

We have over 25 years experience in real estate as well as property management where we handled over 300 rental properties.  We've been buying and designing homes for over twenty years for ourselves and certain out-of-state and out-of-country investors, both for flips and for Airbnbs.  But when enough new people ask for your assistance in an area you love, a business is born.
