Our time is split between staging homes for sale or rent; which includes homes marketed for Airbnb.  Our Airbnb package starts at $7,500; which is the complete Airbnb starter kit.  This consists of 2 beds (fully ready to sleep, meaning, mattresses, pillows, sheets, etc) 2 side tables, 2 couches, 2 lounge chairs, dining table and chairs for 4, rugs, shower curtains, towels for 4, all kitchen supplies, 2 throw blankets, 4 mirrors, artwork, faux plants, A flat-screen TV hung. coffee maker, blender, toaster, trash cans and lamps for bedrooms and living rooms.  We also have a complete, ready-to-list package, that has all of the grocery items needed: Coffee, salt and pepper, dish and hand soap, etc.
